The tambourine only lasted a few minutes because my toddler immediately took the xylophone stick and used it as a drum. The paper ripped immediately, it’s only a very thin paper material. The xylophone came apart at the ends but some wood glue was able to fix that one. The other instruments are great and the tambourine is still usable to shake, but if you’re hoping to use these with young children, make sure you monitor them in case something does come apart. Definitely something to keep on the shelf and assist them with using.

My daughter loves the musical instruments however, I have found they lack quality. We have owned them for a few months and already the xylophone’s wood is split and the pieces are coming apart.

Soft colors, made of wood which the parents appreciated the quality of the instruments. Nice pitch and soft sounding---not metalic and harsh sounds found on metal or plastic surfaces. My 2 yr old grandson tried all the isntruments and was so happy. The little wooden horn is easy for him to blow, given the natural qualities of wood vs plastic toy. Well made.

This is such a great quality sensory toy - the colors are so cute and the wood materials are so nice and sturdy. This is a great way to introduce kids to a few basic instruments and it is a great gift idea!

I recently ordered the Gagaku Children’s Musical Toy set and I must say, it has been a fantastic addition to my grandson's playtime!This toy is not only fun and engaging but also educational. It helps him develop his fine motor skills and encourages a love for music from an early age. (He's almost two)The bright colours and variety of sounds keep the little fella entertained and banging for ages, so he obviously loves it. (although I'm not too sure if his mum feels the same way after half an hour of listening to his 'MUSIC'! lol .It’s all very well made, and durable looking so should last for many years and be able to be passed on to the next sibling/sFun and learning - Highly recommended.Would you like any adjustments to this review?
