I didn't buy cheaper ones due to mixed reviews, so can't compare. These are fantastic for cushioning sensitive joints. I can finally just focus on my body's movement and not on the discomfort of elbows or knees digging into the floor. They slide easily on yoga mats, towels or wooden floors, so be mindful.

I love these gel pads. My knees thank you! What I love most is the lightness of the product. I bring them to my relaxation yoga classes and I have back issues so the lighter the better. I wasn’t sure if they’d be enough to help but they worked well when I used them right after they came.

I was using this product at the gym and wanted to have a pair for home. The knee pads were exactly was I was using at the gym and these are quite lightweight to take them with me to exercises on the road. You could even use them in the garden or constructing decks were you would want extra knee protection.
