Simple tool that punches above it's weight. I'd maybe get something different for commercial or industrial applications if there's alot of variety in your work, but for the stated range, it's great.

These pliers should do the job nicely.I’m doing a rebuild on two gm diesel engines soon and these pliers will be needed for piston pin installation.

After using cheap versions and being frustrated and taking extra time, we switched to these. Why didn’t we do that sooner?! Saves time and effort bc they are strong, sturdy, and easy to use.

Easy to use and switch between external and external. If you don’t want to spend the money on a large set this is a good mid size plier that will do most common size snap rings
