I replaced a few original seat covers in my car and needed a hog ring kit. This worked well, and can be used again because it didnt break like most cheap tools from over sea's.

Having worked my way (quickly) though a few automatic feed hog ring pliers, all of which jammed consistently and became far too frustrating to use, this set of pliers is the answer. OK you have to pop in each ring before clipping it on the wire, but it is easy to do and actually, for me, faster than the temperamental automatic versions. It is robust, solid, easy to pop into your pocket, and just does the job well. So pleased I went for it.

I just received this today and it performed perfectly for my application. I needed to loop a few bungee cords around carabiners and secure them. This worked 100%. Highly recommend this product. I used these pliers to build cages out of chicken wire to protect my roof vents from squirrels (see hole in roof vent shown in pic). These pliers worked perfectly to secure the corners of the cages. Three different rings sizes are provided. Good deal, highly recommended.

The pliers are not very good. The rings slip out a lot and they don’t crimp the hog ring tight.
