Received hot tub June 1st. and just put it together three days ago. Finally the water got up to 104 degrees and I noticed the sides of the tub was starting to get soft. So I tried to pump it up and noticed it wasn't working. I heard a hiss sound and where there was a packing crease. This was very depressing. I have been out of state taking care of by brother who has stage 4 cancer with hospice now at his side. If my brother had not been sick this hot tub would of been put together sooner. Very disappointed. I am on a fixed income and this really hurts. I needed this for medical reasons.

This product is not adequate for Canada weather, not even in summer and lost 15 to 20 degrees during night time wich the heater is encapable to restore during day time. It will work in the tropic with temperature fluctuate from 40-24 all year long. I am returning this hot tube

It is a piece of junk and would not heat up as advertised. We are still waiting for a return label which has to come from the company, and not Amazon.

It’s been over a week and I have not been able to use the hot tub. the company has not been answering. The heater doesn’t work which is crazy for something close to 700$ I even offered to send the heater back and sent a. Video of it not working and asked to get a new one and they just keep putting me off saying they’ll email me in 3-5 days and now it’s been over a week. Money wasted!

This is the perfect little spa for someone who is a first time spa owner. The price is very affordable for the great quality. The only thing that I would change is the instructions it comes with do not exactly match up with all the parts that it has and has parts that are not in the instructions (but you can work around it).
