Just put these together. The whole construction is tabs into slots. Only tool you might need is a hammer to tap things into place. Very heavy and robust. There are a couple vids on YouTube that show step by step instructions. Super happy with these!

Box was all torn up and parts missing, i needed the shelves so kept them all they could do is 20% off and i had to spend that on zap straps disappointed but used as two separate shelves and quality is fine for storage

I first ordered it at the price of $99.99 on January 2, and received "shipped" notice Jan. 3, then on Jan. 5 a "refund" and "undeliverable" notice with some contradictory info, like, "package damaged," carrier "returned" the package, and "did not" ship etc. I immediately placed another order at $119.99 (it appears to have raised the price to that) for the same product, from the same seller, and it was shipped the next day. At assembling, the manual says the flap on the metal beam side must be bent (I understand it as being bent like a "U") for securing it, but no tool for the bending. I found a small screw driver from my tool box, but I basically could not insert the driver for the bending and a lot of times I had to use my finger nails to do the job and I damaged my three finger nails, bleeding, eventually. It was just so poor and stupid. Besides, on one side of each of the beam, there is a hole, which no way to know the purpose of. Manufacturer and seller should really pay attention to these kind of points to enhance their reputation.

I had purchased this shelf because of the price point and length (4ft). Before you laugh and say "you get what you pay for" please allow me to explain.I had just purchased another affordable garage shelf that was in the same price range and was about 3ft in length. When it came I was impressed with the quality for such an affordable offering. Where I messed up was when I went to order a 4ft one. I had two choices: one priced ~$20 more than this one (from the previous shelf company), or this one. I chose this one.Its basically made out of pop can metal. Even after assembling the sides they still buckled and slipped out of their slots. The other shelving unit required heavy hits with a rubber mallet to set: truly heavy duty. I'm returning this and paying the extra $20 to the first company. The build quality is so poor it's almost unsafe.And yes, you get what you pay for in this instance. I should have paid the extra $20 for the other affordable shelving. That's what I wanted to clarify. Affordable shelving can still be functional and quite valuable.

I’ve been looking for a solution for my storage unit so that I could put my portable ACs somewhere with a shelf on top. I only used 3 shelves. This does the job I wanted but it is quite flimsy. I wouldn’t store heavy items on the shelves. Added a pic for how “thick” the shelves are. The instructions were in between the shelf boards and I didn’t find them until I went to put the shelves on. I googled a set up video. Flimsy to put together. Kept coming apart while building. I also cut my arm on the metal so be careful.

No entiendo muy bien los comentarios que se quejan de la estabilidad de la estantería, o de que es de juguete. Una vez montada, y con algo de peso, es muy robusta.Montaje, no es complejo, pero es cierto que de vez en cuando alguna pestaña tiene que ayudarse para que quede bien colocada. Apretando en el momento adecuado con un destornillador plano, efectivamente, no es complejo. Hay que tener paciencia.Eso sí, sobretodo, hace falta una "maza" de caucho (goma?) para montar bien la estantería. Con un martillo tradicional no sería apropiado. Yo compré una de estas mazas (de 400g) por unos 4 euros en un "chino".Muy contento con la estantería.

Trotz der ganzen negativen Rezensionen habe ich zwei von diesen Regalen für meinen Gartenschuppen bestellt. Sie sollen "normale" Dinge tragen und nicht als Schwerlastregal dienen.Die Regale wurden schnell geliefert. Sie haben ganz schön Gewicht.Es war kein Problem sie alleine aufzubauen - Anleitung liegt bei, Voraussetzung man hat am Aufstellort genügend Platz - ein Transport im zusammengebautem Zustand ist nicht wirklich möglich - alles ist ja nur gesteckt - , allenfalls ein Schieben in die Ecke.Es fehlten weder Teile, noch waren welche beschädigt. Es passte alles dort hin, wo es hingehörte.Beim Aufbau musste ich zugegebener Maßen an die Rezessionen denken, in denen etwas von billig, klapprig usw. steht. Als aber alles zusammen gebaut war, inclusive der Böden, machte es schon einen stabilen Eindruck. Auch nach dem Einräumen hängt nichts durch oder verbiegt sich.Also klare Kaufempfehlung als Lagerregal! Als Schwerlastregal mit den angegebenen 175 kg je Boden wohl eher nicht - obwohl ich Ehrlich sagen muss, das ich es nicht getestet habe.Was die Haltbarkeit (rosten oder aufweichen der Böden) betrifft, kann ich in so kurzer zeit natürlich noch nichts sagen.Würde ich es wieder kaufen? Ja, hab aber schon zwei und mehr passen nicht rein.Meine Bewertung:4 Sterne für Stabilität (wie gesagt 175kg pro Boden?)4 Sterne für Qualität/Haltbarkeit (Qualität ok, Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen)5 Sterne Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (hier in der Nähe habe ich nichts Besseres/Günstigeres gefunden, hatte aber auch keine Lust Stundenlang im Internet zu suchen oder hunderte von Kilometern mit dem Auto zu fahren um alle Baumärkte ab zu klappern um vielleicht 5-10€ zu sparen).

Found these to be simple to erect, nice strong shelving, looks impressive when fitted, had to bend and twist a little on construction to fit together but it’s thin steel so no big issue. Looked at destruction book followed destructions for a short time and erected two complete units in around an hour found best way was to erect bottom half first fitted three shelves then install top half instead of struggling with 6ft of steel easier to do in two sections. Drilled a couple of small holes in the back upright and screwed to the wall they are solid as a rock. Shelving MDF thinner than expected but when the two cross member supports are in they become very strong shelves. I’m very pleased with these units for the money they are good quality didn’t pay a fortune for them so wasn’t expecting 1/4 inch bolt together steel. Although they seem flimsy on arrival once fitted together they become very strong and sturdy the amount of stuff I’ve put on these two units is phenomenal and there holding up very impressively, I’ll definitely buy more of these when needed.
