After assembly and 2 hours of use this appears to be a quality tool. Assembly was easy. One caveat I was short one washer. Easily replaced from my supplies on hand. I plugged it into a receptacle protected by a GFCI circuit breaker. The circuit breaker tripped immediately when the pump started. I was aware of the potential issue with duplicate GFCI applications. I switched to a GFCI receptacle. The pump worked fine from there. It did take a moment to get accustomed to the soft start of the pump motor. Not a negative just new experience. I used the 40 deg. nozzle to clean our deck surface and test on part of our vinyl siding. Both cleaned easily. With my previous sprayer I had to use the 15 deg. nozzle to get the same results. I also have a 15" Greenworks surface washer attachment. It worked great as well.Further I would say this is a well designed tool. Hose storage is sturdy. Cord storage is sufficient. Wand storage is adequate. All are logically placed. Rivnuts are used to mount the hose holders and the wand holder. much better than sheetmetal screws into the metal handle. nozzle/cord holder assembly uses four plastic posts heavy enough and long enough for the sheetmetal screws to hold it securely. I have about another 20 hours of pressure washing to do this spring. I will report a follow up after I'm done.3/27/25 (Update) Soap dispenser worked well with the soap nozzle. When I switched to the 40 deg. nozzle the soap quit flowing. The turbo nozzle worked for about 20 minutes. the element in the head quit rotating. Initially it would pause briefly. Eventually it quit completely. I switch to the turbo nozzle from my previous pressure washer. It worked fine for the next hour.

Dislike writing reviews of products I have owned for only a short time. However, this pressure washer was purchased to replace an older Greenworks model I have owned and used for 8 years. So I have used this new one to pressure wash a composite deck of about 900 square feet and a small portion of the concrete pool decking. Works very well for what I have done so far. Very quiet compared to the older electric model this one is replacing. Also like the operation of how the motor shuts off when not actively pressure washing something and starts back up when resuming the pressure washing operation. I read some reviews that complained about this function but it only has a few second delay which actually is beneficial. It sort of provides a very brief period for you to make sure you are ready to resume pressure washing and not be daydreaming and accidentally cut your toes off or cut the tail off your dog.The delay on the pump motor start is not a negative factor to me. It is very brief and if you are one of those people it bothers because you need instant gratification of everything in your life you should not be pressure washing in the first place. It is a job that requires your full attention and takes time to be correctly accomplished.I chose this pressure washer over other brands because I have one that is 8 years old and still works. I can not tell you what model it is because everything written on it or stickers placed on it are so old and faded they are not legible. I used it every year for the 8 years and could still use it but was worried it was ready to finally stop working one day. Will keep the old one around for a while. The reason for a four star vs a five star review is due to only using it once so far and the fact it comes with a blue hose. Why not the green hose to match the color of the pressure washer? Come on Greenworks! A blue hose with your signature green colored products? Who made that fashion faux pas? I need to look like a professional handyman around the house when working outdoors where the neighbors can see me. I purchased a green hose on Amazon (Flexzilla Pressure Washer Hose with M22 Fittings, 1/4 in. x 50 ft., ZillaGreen - HFZPW3450M-E) to replace the gaudy blue hose and now when I pressure wash I look like I know a thing or two about pressure washing and fashion.Overall I expect this new Greenworks pressure washer to last at least 8 years like the older model has and maybe even longer if I take better care of it compared to how rough I treated the older one.I own several Greenworks products to include the 80 volt mower, an edger, grass trimmer and something else out in the garage that I am too lazy to go look to see what it is at this moment. I believe Greenworks makes quality products and that was a consideration taken into account when I was looking to purchase a new pressure washer.I will probably come back to this review and upgrade it to 5 stars next year after using this new one to pressure wash the sidewalk and driveway (which is a two day job) as I do every year. I want to put it through a summer of prolonged use before the final review but as it looks right now it will be upgraded to 5 stars unless something totally unexpected occurs. If you are considering the purchase of an electric pressure washer for home use I would recommend this one. Sufficient pressure for use on many things around the home and also has the ability to be used for things like cars, trucks, boats, etc.I would also recommend purchasing the Twinkle Star 15" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with 3 Wheels, Stainless Steel Housing & 1/4" Quick Connector, Power Washer Attachment with 2 Extension Wand, 2 Replacement Nozzles, 4000 PSI.It will make your large pressure washing jobs a breeze. You can almost take a nap while pressure washing flat surfaces when using the attachment. Best thing ever for surfaces like pavers so you don’t get splash-back into your face or all over your clothes.

UPDATE on 12 APR 2002: Got to use this pressure washer with the surface cleaner that I linked below. It worked well on my driveway. See pictures for a before and after comparison. Also, I picked up this 50' hose to double my reach from the machine: ORIGINAL REVIEW on 28 MAR 2022: Got to use the new pressure washer over the weekend and I'm pretty pleased. I cleaned a section of my exterior brick wall, a metal-sided shed, wood deck, my hot tub and hot tub cover. Worked very well for all of those. I only have 1 pic (sorry) of part of the brick wall I did, but you can see a good difference there (and it's even better-looking now dry). I used the black "turbo" nozzle on the brick and the 40° nozzle on the hot tub. Here are a few thoughts:Assembly: Easy to figure out with the directions.Materials: Not commercial-grade, but I don't need that. I think they are good enough for regular home-use tasks. Good hose and power cord length.Functionality: Good. I would like to note that the pump motor stops when you let go off the trigger. This is great for noise reduction and minimizing wear on the motor. The catch is that when you press the trigger again it will take a few seconds before the machine ramps up and you have pressure again. Not really an issue for me, though.Portability: Good. Nice, big wheels and the unit is not too heavy. Easy to move around, but stays put where you leave it.Gonna try it out next with . I'll update the review after that.Overall, a good product.
