I am the official Christmas shopper for our family. This little well-made rattle was perfect for one of our 16 grandchildren. By what I heard, this little gem made a lot of noise, but it keep the little one happy. I like that it is made of wood for longevity.

Nie bardzo wiem dla kogo ta grzechotka. Dziecko poniżej 6 miesięcy ma za małą dłoń, żeby swobodnie trzymać i się bawić tak dużą grzechotką. Za to starsze dzieci już nie są zainteresowane takimi zabawkami i szukają czegoś ciekawszego.

This really helps getting my baby to stop freaking out and helps her calm down if she's throwing a fit because she's upset. It won't magically get her to calm down if she's actually upset about something specifically, but if she's upset because she's stuck in that cortesol cycle then this helps break is

Wish we had of bought one sooner. Puts little one to sleep right away, just shake it for a minute or two. Stops crying as it is distracting. It's like the magic tool every parent needs. We bought a second one the first one was so wonderful, now we keep one in the house and one in the car.

This toy would make a great gift for new baby. Sound is soothing and as soon as baby can hold they will enjoy it. Looks good too.

It's smaller than I expected (shown next to a fisher price stacker toy for scale). The beads inside stick to the plastic parts because they get static-y so they don't all rain down unless you bang the toy against something. That being said, my kid likes it so I'll keep it but I'm not sure I'd recommend it- I'm sure there are better products out there.

My LO really loves this toy, easy to hold, bright, noisy without being loud. My only wish was that it was airtight. anytime I even wipe it or run it quickly under the tap water gets inside.

We love Hape products in general and this one is no different. The quality is excellent and the concept is an excellent introduction to a rainstick for baby. My 7 month old loves this and is easily able to turn it around, shake it, and of course, bite it. Some may complain about the plastic, but honestly we don't have an issue with it. It allows her to see how the sound is being made inside the instrument, it is eye catching and she has never had a desire to bite that part, so really it isn't a big deal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
