In order for your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, you will need extra room in your shoes to accommodate the rise in the heel and the ball of the foot areas. , it fits better in high-profile and roomy footwear.
The original insoles should be removed before inserting the Happystep height increase insoles. Removal of the original insoles from your shoes would provide extra room in your shoes.
Please Choose the Right Width for the Best Fit
- The men's insoles are slightly wider than the women's insoles.
- The length of both men's and women's insoles is the same.
- Both Men's and Women's height increase insoles are cut-to-fit.
- Please follow the following sizing instruction to cut the insoles to your specific size.
Sizing Instruction (Pictures below are for reference purpose only)
Step One
Take out your favorite insoles and place the two insoles back to back, then align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel
Step Two
Use a marker pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of your favorite insole
Step Three
Cut the Happystep insoles along the cutting line, put them into your shoe, and enjoy!

This product lasts for a relatively long time, I've had it for a year so far and it still good without being destroyed what so ever. and it's relatively comfortable, I don't feel it's there you just forget about it. There are some other once i had that are really hard made from plastic and cause discomfort and pain, this product specifically feels comfortable

I like it does what it promises... increases the height (in my case gives an extra reach from and ballance from a motorcycle when feet are on the ground.I do not like the fact, that it is flat, not shaped for the heel and arch.

I need 2.5cm height increase to help with my hip arthritis, so I got the pack with 1 pair of 2cm and 1 pair of 3cm. They are both great, good quality and work well with most of my shoes. I'm very happy with the product, highly recommend.

If I use this in the shoes, I even can’t put my foot leer in. The front part is way to thick.

Really decent quality for the price. I have one leg shorter than the other due to a motor cycle accident so I just throw the other one away and it's still loads cheaper than ordering from a medical supply place. Better quality too. The ones I used only covered the heel and slid around. They were basically useless. This one stays put! After two days I can't even tell I'm wearing it and I went without one since 1985. The Dr said I'd probably have problems wearing this as I am used to going without one for so long but I will never be without one again! It's nice being able to stand without shifting one leg and my back pain has greatly diminished. I know in my heart that he's totally wrong about not wearing this. Now all I have to do is find someone who's right leg is shorter then their left and we could each save five bucks!

A bit pricey, but good product

Inserts were advertised as being capable of increasing height by 2.3 cm which I believe is incorrect. I purchased them to compensate for the result of a hip replacement, which was that I now had a long leg on one side. When I opened the package I immediately had my doubts as to the suitability of the product for me as the whole foot piece was very narrow from heel to toe. Then I took a measurement of the height. UNCOMPRESSED AT ALL, the heel of these inserts just barely measured to 2.3 cm and I felt I was generous at that! Squeezing the heel with only my thumb and finger reduced that measurement to approximately 1.5 cm which did not meet my need at all, never mind what actually stepping on it would flatten it to!!Fortunately for me, I had also ordered a second product that DID what it promised and that is now working well for me. The HappyStep product was returned as unsuitable. Would I recommend it? NO, it was NOT AS ADVERTISED!!
