These are very sturdy and definitely hold your feet in place. They work perfectly in a particular pair of boots. I do have to wear a liner on top of them to make them comfortable, but I like the aggressive feel of them.

These are incredibly hard but they do provide good arch support. The arch is quite high which makes it not suitable for all shoes, some it’s simply too high and my foot doesn’t fit in the shoe properly.

Although these wont cure plantar fasciatis, they do help support the arch and give some comfort rather than just wearing your normal shoe. I did find once the arches were put in, that the shoe seems to fit bigger. Your heel may lift when walking depending on the type of shoe you are wearing.

I ordered these because my orthotic ones were too long and did not sit right inside some of my shoes. I have ordered many more to place inside my dress shoes, my sneakers and winter boots. I have genu valgus and these inserts help with arch control. Love them!

I liked that this insole was rigid and held its form while walking. That being said, it provided constant arch support which I found helpful. I used these in my golf shoes when walking the course and my plantar fasciitis never came back or bothered me. I would not say this is a cure for plantar fasciitis, since that requires that you do daily foot stretches and deep massage with a proper massage ball. This insole will help maintain the progress of your healing and provide comfort going forward.

They were too rigid for me. Not what I thought. I thought they were soft gel with support. They are too hard for me. Couldn’t even walk with them in my shoes

This Canadian senior was having foot problems as many of my shoes seemed too loose and my arches seemed to need help. After examining my shoes I found I was wearing them down on one side and remembered a similar problem I had many years ago. I was reluctant to get involved in expensive podiatry involving X-rays and lengthy consultations so I did some self-diagnosis and looked up shoe inserts on Amazon.A bewildering variety of choices came up, but I narrowed it down to these simple and inexpensive inserts as the comments seemed positive. They arrived promptly and I’ve been using them for about a week. I tend to wear sandals with bare feet most of the summer and sandals supply no support whatever of course, but I must say these are just fine. If you’re sure your self-diagnosis is correct these are the inserts for you. My size is Canadian 9W. The medium inserts fit well.

I am a podiatrist and was looking for an inexpensive insert to recommend to people who could not afford custom functional orthotics. This is a very well made insert. This is very much a functional orthotic not an accommodative insert - This insert will put the foot into a more neutral position and provide good control to prevent unwanted motion especially pronation. This is a very controlling insert - when you get it you will need to get use to it slowly (one hour the first day and then gradually add time as you can tolerate without your foot or other body parts becoming achy/sore/tired).If you have a RIGID flat foot or other deformity this insert is not for you. (If your foot looks normal non weight bearing but then flattens out when standing then you do NOT have a RIGID flat foot - you have a FLEXIBLE flat foot.)If you have a FLEXIBLE flat foot or deformity which allows you to put your foot into a neutral position this is a fantastic insert and may work almost as well for you as a custom orthotic.A couple things that make this a good insert that initially and incorrectly most people may not like - This insert is very controlling and has a deep heel cup. This is good to help control unwanted motion and foot breakdown. The insert also has a prominent arch. This is good for support but may take some time to break in and get use to. The insert is also wide to help provide control, support, and decrease irritation. This means this is not going to fit in some dress shoes and this definitely is not for narrow shoes. This will work best in athletic shoes. I put these in an Asics shoe on top of the insert that came with the shoe. I did not need to go up 1/2 a size to accommodate the insert.I hardly ever write a review for products. This product however is a good product for the right person at a reasonable price and I wanted people to know. There are a lot of scams to sell items to people in pain. This is not a scam - it is a good product.
