I has Spenco insoles years ago. They are still making fantastic insoles. They will last five or maybe even ten years. They are that durable and comfortable.

I have low arches and am on my feet a lot during the day. I was in agony. Everything I tried hurt like crazy after a few hours. Someone suggested these, so I gave them a try. That was 15 years ago! I can't live without them. These are the only insoles that work for me. They are very comfortable, don't take up a lot of room in your shoe and last a very long time. BUY THEM!

I had a pair of golf shoes that were just a little snug. Bought these thinking they would give me more room and they were perfect. Even though they are super thin, the foam is pretty dense and they still provide enough cushioning. Nicely packaged, don't worry about buying a larger size. They are easy to trim with sharp scissors. Just trace around your old insole, trim and you're good to go. They are completely flat and do not have built in arch support or anything like that.

I’ve been using these for decades because they are great for adding a little bit of cushion or taking up a bit of volume in shoes that are loose. They are easy to cut to size, and pretty durable. I just wish the toe area was wider for some of my shoes with extra wide toe boxes.

I have orthotics in my shoes because I have plantar fasciitis. These go well over them to provide a little cushioning. I replace them every about 6 months and it helps my feet feel better.

If you want your shoes to feel and/or fit better, don’t waste your money on anything else. If you need a certain kind of support, go to a foot doctor—anything “orthotic” is a scam. These feel great and last a long time.

These fit into my shoe fine after cutting and adjusting, however the back end of the sole near the heel is too thin and therefore there is a lot of horizontal clearance at the back of my shoe (size 11 US). Otherwise are comfortable and as advertised

I use to buy these with every pair of shoes I bought in the shoe star...at $20 a pop. I have acidic sweat and am very fidgety, so my toes are constantly digging into the insoles of my shoes. Most insoles last a few weeks at best, some only days. These Spenco insoles come with a one year guarantee and I have never had to take them up on that warranty. In some shoes they have lasted 2 years plus. I was no longer able to find these in the shoe stores in my area, so I was very happy to seem them available on Amazon and at a good price.

These work great with my half-length orthotics. Would like them to be a bit wider in the toe area, especially for the larger sizes - there is a gap between the sides of my shoe and the Spenco. Since these often need to be trimmed anyway, it wouldn't be a big deal to need to trim more up front.
