These were way too thick. I put them in my shoe and couldn’t even fit my foot in them any more. The arch was very high. I used them for one day to see if I could get use to it, but the arch was so high and hard pressed into my foot that it felt like there was a bruise on the bottom of my feet for the next week.

I am currently using it in my timberland safety shoe to help my foot pain. It did help me.

Be careful when you cut it! I cut it a little too small and it’s not comfortable on the one foot but the other foot where I cut it correctly is very comfortable! It is not helpful to Morotons Neuroma but does help with the arch and heel support. It’s a thicker insert so you will need plenty of room in your shoes.

I am on my feet all day at work, I walk anywhere from 3 - 5 miles. These insoles have treated me well! I have not had any issue with them and the price is perfect!

These inserts renewed life back in to my sneakers and work shoes. My insoles were a bit worn, but the sneaker itself was in almost new condition, removing the original insert was a little difficult but once it was out these new inserts fit perfectly (size7/7.5 women’s). It took a little bit to “break them in” but once that was done they have been nothing but great, even better than the original insoles (sketchers and adidas).
