I'm really disappointed in this jacket. I can get over it being a little snug. Bought this for a Christmas gift, tried it when I recieved it. It worked, used it once during the winter, it worked. Brought it out for camping (the main reason it was bought for), it's cold may long weekend in the mountains. Charged the battery, charged it fully. Then it didn’t it work at all. Lights won't come on and no heat. Didn't even use it more then twice, once really the first time was just to see if it works. Bought thru Amazon, so I can't return it. Not sure what to do now?

You pay 170 for a jacket that keeps you only just warm enough to not shiver. A jacket with stuffing or goose down does way better for way less.

As soon as the battery goes from 3 charged lights to 2, it won't stay on. So you only get a short amount of time that it works. Then it keeps shutting off. Not worth the money for how long the battery lasts.

Nice looking jacket, good fit. It gets warm but i want it hotter, have to use max temp to be warm enough. I dont feel the heat throughtout. Not sure it would be good enough for a cold winter day but otherwise, it's good

Belle qualité de manteau, chaud même quand le système de chauffage ne fonctionne pas.Veste chauffe bien, le batterie pack peut être utiliser pour charger le téléphone.

I am updating my review. The first jacket I received did not warm up. Because I didn’t use it until it got really cold I missed the return date. Once the seller realized I wasn’t happy they reached out and completely fixed the problem. They sent a new jacket which works great! I love a company with great customer service and they went above and beyond! Thank you!
