This fit my truck perfectly. I have a 2006 Chevy Colorado crew cab. Take out your old light and unplug it. Clean the area around the frame. Peel the backing from the gasket and install it, lining up the screw holes. Plug in the new light, and tuck the wiring neatly into the opening. Re-use the old screws, if they are still in good condition. If not, replace them with the same size screws. The original screws worked great and hold the unit in place securely.

The cargo light is bright using it as the cargo light at night and the brake light is bright red very easy to see for drivers in the rear. Very satisfied!

For how cheap this was i thought it wouldn't be very good, i was very wrong. This 3rd brake light looks great, functions perfectly and was cheap. Would highly recommend!!!
