Purchased this product a few months ago and when I went to use it, the ink was not being recognized by my printer even after troubleshooting. I reached out to the company directly and they mailed me a replacement right away free of charge. Very happy with the product and customer service.

These ink cartridges worked great for me. Thr black is nice and bold. And the color is great. The print quality is great.

So far this product is 5 Star and great value! Fits perfectly in my HP deskjet and printed high quality color on first copy. If these last as long as HP I will definitely purchase again.

Just opened a color cartridge and tried it. Only prints yellow, but says it is 100% full! I bought it a year ago, but it stayed in the box in its plastic sealed wrap, with its original tape seal.

My black ink was not reading and it was taken care of with a full replacement. I have used it before and this was the first time I’ve had any problems.

Edit #3 (10/12/21):Contacted Pitooler customer service. They had me run a few steps to try to fix what sounded to them like an air clog. That didn't work. The cartridge was within the warranty period and they eventually replaced both, which was unexpected; thought I'd just get the black. Hopefully I won't have any further issues.From 5 stars, to 1 star, back to 4 stars, because they made things right. Thank you.Edit #2:Out of the blue, the black cartridge won't print. I ran that HP Print & Scan Doctor, again, and it said everything was okay. The ink cartridge was almost full. I ran a test page, no black ink printed. I printed my document, blank page spit out. I put in the old almost-dead cartridge and my document printed perfectly. Never had a cartridge just stop printing, HP or 3rd party.Edit #1:I just had to run that stupid HP Print and Scan Doctor because shocker, the printer wasn't printing, again, and after it printed a test page successfully, it came up with "Your printer is using genuine HP ink". Awesome ;)Original review:Installed without any problem on HP OfficeJet 5258 a week ago. Prints as expected, longevity undoubtedly will be a disappointment, since ALL cartridges never last as long as expected. Honestly, I don't know why I bought another HP, after swearing off them years ago, they drink too much.
