The actual bracket/hook itself is very strong and well made. However, the screws that are included are made of soft metal and the heads strip VERY easily. Very disappointing as it made a big mess of my install (had to drill out the head of the screw, now half is stuck in the wall) and had to head to the hardware store to get proper screws. I purchased this as a hardware/hook package so I wouldn't have to head to the hardware store (COVID) but had to anyway! As a result, value for the money isn't satisfied.
