Trouble shooting:

DIDN'T TAPE THE BOX WITH INSIDES GONE! Amazon fixed it by shipping me a new one. Ummmm barely tapes this time, guess a little is better than nothing. I don't recommend!

Stop working after two months, we use it at restaurant nine hours per day, five days a week. This product has poor quality cables.

lots of feed back, not very loud, might be a good toy for a kid but not worth the price to try and use it for communication. The mic seemed to not pick up your voice until you talked for a few seconds, even then it would cut in and out. The quality isn't very good.
