Used it for the first time last night in the snow. I don't think it has a RF rating but I was on a military cot with my light fighter 1 person tent which attaches to the cot. Anyhow, wow so comfortable. I think it's 5" thick. Easy to inflate with included air bag. It's a little heavy, definitely not for backpacking but fantastic to throw in your vehicle. Don't hesitate to buy. You'll be amazed how comfortable it is. Very good material. Quite shocked. And no mine did not lose air as others have stated.

I bought this for a two week motorcycle trip. My buddy bought one that was three times the price. They were both easy to inflate, but he ended up flat on the ground most mornings. This stayed inflated, comfortable and easy to pack on the bike.

Even with temps dropping down below 0 it stayed inflated. I did put a heat reflecting pad underneath for insulation. It was easy to fill and comfortable to sleep on as a side sleeper. The only down side is how heavy it is to carry while backpacking, but Iβm more than willing to take again as a luxury item for sure.

This is an awesome little air mattress! It blows up easily once you get the hang of the bag thing, and it held its air through several nights of camping. Iβm a bigger girl and wasnβt sure how it would work out, but it really did! It was comfy and easy to use, and I think Iβll buy another one next year so my dogs can have their own!

This works well, easy to blow up with the air bag (included), and sturdy, and gets you nicely off the ground. Good bag also, not too tight, so it's easy to repack. I would buy again.

I am a stomach/side sleeper on a waterbed and was trying to find a better camping mattress. This mattress is very good quality but unfortunately not for me. The contours made odd pressure points and inhibited me from sleeping in positions I am accustomed to. The inflation bag is interesting and useful. This mattress would probably be perfect for normal bed side sleepers!

If you are trying to find something decently thick and light then this is great. Good amount of support you can adjust to your liking by inflating it a bit less. CONS would be that this is not as wide as I had hoped for, and pretty standard to other basic fits. This also does not have any insulation on the bottom, so it would be best suited for summer camping unless adding a pad under it. Also, this takes a lot longer to inflate than shown in video on ad...but the inflation process was easy and seemed to have nicely put together valves. For the price its great!

This is a very nice sleeping pad, takes about 8-10 pumps to inflate it. The contours on the pad are shaped to the body, I find it very comfortable to sleep on. I am a side sleeper, shoulder is not touching the ground.Material is sturdy, so the weight is a bit heavier. I rather have a sturdy pad than a light weight flimsy pad. I own a Klymit pad, it is light weight bit itβs not comfortable for me.

Overall really easy to inflate and a lot easier to store when backpacking. Quite comfortable too. Only issue is rolling up the pad is a bit of a hassle because the excess air stubbornly refuses to leave. Took multiple attempts to get it to fit into the bag.

I used this pad on a one-night backpacking trip and it will be with me on all future trips. Low of 45 degrees F, with occasional overnight rain. We slept in an Adirondack shelter. Iβm willing to devote 2.5 pounds of pack weight for a good nightβs sleep. Nothing is like your bed at home, but I know what itβs like to be cold and uncomfortable when backpacking. This sleeping pad was comfortable - and Iβm a side-sleeper. Easy to inflate with the included inflation bag. It took 4-5 bagfuls to fully inflate it. I used a closed-cell folding foam mat under it for extra insulation, just in case. I was comfortable and warm all night. This pad was not noisy. It did not lose air overnight. In the morning it was easy to deflate, to fold, and to repack into the provided bag. Even our trip leaders were admiring it. Thank you Hikenture for a comfortable nightβs sleep - the first of many.

When I looked at the inflation instructions I thought they were mad...completely bonkers, but I decided to follow the instructions, hook the "air capture" bag to the inflation port, and then squeeze air into the mattress...almost like a bagpipe and it worked! There's a little flap inside the inflation port on the matress to keep the air from escaping until you want to fold it up, and when the mattress is full it won't let you out more air in. It's extremely firm when fully inflated and deflates quickly and completely. It is not the fastest to inflate, but at the end of a long day hiking, it's much easier than blowing into an air mattress and a lot less cumbersome than a normal pump. Thus is really great!

This is the second sleeping pad that I own from Hikenture. The first being a sleeping pad that fits two people, which I absolutely love. I bought this one for when I go camping without my significant other. The other sleeping pad that I own comes with a foot pump rather than a bag pump, but I find that the bag pump is much easier to use for inflation. This sleeping pad also comes with a one-way valve so air does not leak out as you pump air in.I tested out the sleeping pad for a few days in my living room to see if the air holds. I found very minimal air being released from the sleeping pad over the days. The sleeping pad is comfortable. I appreciate it the fact that it is thicker and seems very durable. It does not appear that it would be easily punctured by rocks. The head of the sleeping pad is slightly elevated so a pillow is not exactly necessary but then again everybody sleeps a little bit differently.Lastly, sleeping pad is very portable which I love. It is easily deflatable and lightweight. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will update this review is the sleeping pad does not last long or if I encounter any problems.
