I bought these to make one project (couple bucket seats) easier. And they have done that. But, I wouldnt expect much out of them in a few projects. The spring that keeps them closed to hold the rings stopped doing its thing after a few rings. They are still stiff though so worked well to do what I needed. Far far better than trying to do this with needle nose pliers or anything like that. Knowing all this, I would still buy again to do the job. They worked well overall and price is good.
