It looks just as you would expect it to. The design is nice, good quality print. It can be a bit annoying to get the middle separators to be where you want them to so it might be hard if you have books of many different widths to fit everything perfectly. I also wish it were a lot sturdier. Up against a wall or something, this issue mostly goes away, but if you have nothing on it's side supporting it it will slide and open up a bit. So, if you plan on using it with larger books or anything similar I would plan to have it against at least 1 wall or heavy object.

Made out of metal. Provides strong hold for heavy books. Length adjustable. The base is NOT lined with non-slip material as advertised. But, it does not slide on the desk even without the anti slip base. The design is super cute and looks nice on my daughter’s desk.

I love this thing it's it's on my bedside table it holds the way too many books I read at a time and it is cute and really perfect it does so good in ways that I can't even describe I kind of want to order another one
