At the time, these riding gloves by ‘FINGER TEN’ are $24.These do fit on the smaller side, but they are advertised as a womens/girls glove.There is a poorly done sizing chart in the photos that interchangeably uses ‘length’ and ‘height’ and tells you to measure from “the bottom of the middle finger joint” when the photo shows from the tip.I measured from the tip of my middle finger to my wrist and came in at ~7” – large (and I don’t have large hands/fingers).They fit very snuggly, which I love in gloves, but are borderline too small. They are stretchy so don’t restrict my movement, but I’m worried about tearing/stretching them over time as I can feel them stretch when I make a fist.Pros and cons:- They are elegant/nice looking- They are thin, breathable and light, perfect for riding in warmer weather- They are thin, so I don’t expect them to last more than a season – especially the mesh parts- Nice reinforcement on thumb/forefinger, but would have liked to see that between ring/pinky- Touch screen sensitivity is hit and miss, but lets me use my phone to a basic degree

This review is for the horse riding gloves. I got this in size S.I have pretty small hands and my size fell within the S measurements, however I find them very snug so you may want to size up if you're on the higher end of the S measurements.PROs- Soft faux leather- Looks great- Good strong seams- Comfortable- Great for horse riding- Lightweight, not too hotCONs- None that I've found so farOverall, I think this is a lovely pair of horse riding gloves. Comfortable, looks great, and lightweight and good grip

I’m reviewing the Finger Ten- Horse Riding Gloves. Size Medium. I really wanted these to work. When they arrived and I took them out of the box they were lightweight and looked quite nice. They felt good. Then when I put them on and did them up I knew they were too small. I ordered a medium thinking aid rather they be a bit roomy than tight. They were too tight. I should have ordered large, but not sure if that would have been enough. They won’t stretch because of the material. They looked smart and I liked the rest of the fit but I couldn’t have worn them to ride. I was also worried my nails would go through them and my nails aren’t long. They aren’t winter gloves, at not where I live - Southern Ontario. Maybe fall and spring gloves. There isn’t any mesh and not sure how breathable they would be. A better fit would have let me be a better judge of performance.

The gloves came packaged well, after seeing them in use I can say they are indeed flexible and comfortable to use for equestrian riding. Unlike some previous gloves, these are little bit on the thin side, perhaps not providing as much protection as I would've hoped against the rope being held in my hands. Nonetheless the leather on the exterior is a very nice texture.The strap on the top side has velcro so there is a little bit of range where if my hands were a bit smaller, I could still use this large size as I can tighten the velcro to make up for hand size difference to an extent.Really impressed with the velcro patch design as it has a nice horse riding picture that has a bit of a 3d effect which can be felt when you touch it. I believe it's rubber, but it gives off the impression that it's a silver badge.Overall very happy with these gloves, just wish they were slightly thicker to protect hands from rope when riding.

These riding gloves are both practical and classy looking. The adjustment strap at the wrist is sporting a lovely silver outline of a horse and rider going over a jump. These gloves are not lined, but are suitable for a nice spring day or slightly cooler fall weather. I fit a size medium hospital glove so I ordered size medium. They fit really well, and the fingers are the right length for me. The insides of both index fingers and palm are lined with a anti-slip microfiber to help when the rider is trying to hold the reins. They are very comfortable to wear when riding. If you are looking to purchase these as a gift for the horse lover in your life these gloves come in a display box that can be wrapped. I strongly recommend these gloves for purchase.
