As other reviewers mentioned. I purchased this in October and put it in my printer in January. The black cartridge is empty or does not recognize it. My printer keeps saying empty even when I take it out and put it back in several times. i put the old (purchased in 2023 from same seller) it recognizes but obviously needs replacement. Return window lapsed…..no way to contact seller.

Very good use of the goods, purchased a new printer, the delivery of the ink is particularly small, worried about the work is not enough to buy a set of spare first, the original is too expensive

These ink cartridges do NOT work with TS3420 even though the seller clearly claims it does. This was obviously not tested and I got scammed. I am really MAD writing this but I really learned my lesson:When your printer run out of the ink it came up with, you throw it in the trash and buy a new one. It cost less money anyway to buy a new printer than buying this GARBAGE extremely overpriced ink cartridges.

The black cartridge was replaced few months ago and is working just fine. Couple days ago I needed to replace the color cartridge and the printer showed an error in the led screen. Something is going on with that cartridge and wasn't accepted. It didn't work. Got to leave it without the color cartridge and I ended up with a black and white printer.
