These work gret I have ordered 3 sets now and have had zero issues with print quality. I have a canon Pixma TR7620a. I recommend this ink

Once I got this package (last one arrived MIA, ie open and empty bag), opened packages, inserted into printer, closed door, printer acknowledged the cartridges and was printing. Boom. Awesome. No fuss, no muss. MUCH better than SmartInk's cartridges that didn't work AND a useless support phone line. I need printing asap and this was the solution. SmartInk would have taken another week! Disgusting IMHO.

I followed all the instructions and after installing the coloured and black ink. The coloured black ink does not work so I tried printing out in colour and it’s fine. I tried to reset the printer and remove the black ink cartridge but the same thing happened. No black ink
