My only quibble about this item is that it came with instructions for how to recycle your old toner but not how to install it in your printer. However, I soon found a U-tube instruction and it was dead easy.

I had to replace my printer of 8 years with something more substantial due to working from home, and I chose an HP laser jet. My only problem is that the cartridges [there are four, black + three colours] are very expensive. So far I have found this company very reasonable in comparison with some and the service is excellent - free postage and next day delivery! That is astounding!!

La verdad es que no entiendo a la gente que intenta ahorrar comprando tóners de marcas blancas. Al final salen mucho más caros porque no imprimen ni la mitad de lo que imprimen los de buenas marcas. Los tóners de HP duran muchísimo. Y cuando ya me aparece el mensaje de "tóner agotado", sigo imprimiendo con él hasta que se agote por completo (a veces son incluso 2 ó 3 meses más). En ocasiones basta con sacarlo de la impresora, dar unos golpecitos y colocar de nuevo, y sigue imprimiendo más páginas :)¡En fin, ninguna pega y muchas ventajas! ¡Totalmente recomendable!
