it was exactly what i needed. I was going to throw away the printer because of the marks on the paper when printing, I changed the cartridge and now everything is printing good. It was a good price also. I will always order from here now.

A piece broke while installing normally. I managed to glue the piece back and it worked fine, but it’s definitely more fragile than original.

Purchased this after my original hp finished.It has been really reliable and good.Works exactly same as the hp.No issues.Just had to shake it once after not using for 2 months.Good item,Nice price,well Recommended!
