So far the ink is working great! I thought it stopped working after a few weeks of use, but it turned out to be a problem with my printer itself. I have used both cartridges already due to testing my printer issues and I have had no problems with them (when my printer cooperates).

UPDATE: I contacted the seller through Amazon and they gave me a full refund. I am updating to a four star for two reasons: customer service, quick response. AND, I purchased this exact item once before and had no issues with either cartridge then. I don’t think I get 1000 pages per cartridge, but it’s still a good deal compared to big box options.One of two cartridges is faulty. I cleaned the printer and the cartridge and the smudges just kept getting worse. I changed to the other cartridge and it is fine so far. I hope something can be done....of course the window for product support closed YESTERDAY! Otherwise, the cartridge that works doe a good job, shipping was timely. If the company can correct this for me I will adjust my rating to reflect their customer service.
