Article très bien emballé.j'ai ajouter ma puce du cartouche vide ,ne m'a pas ramener mon compteur a 100% est restée a 8%, j' ai toujours la mention que je manque d'ancre,mais inprime a 100%. J' ai été bloquée par HP en ligne ne sais bpas pourquoi mais, réussi à récupérer mon ancien configuration.

I ended up breaking one of the chamber’s because instructions were not clear. It does not say on the package that I had to remove the chip from the old used chamber. I “tried “ to get the chip from the new one .Only after going back to the other I realized the mistake.The page with instructions that comes with the cartridges does not mention to retrieve the chip from the previous empty cartridge. What a waste.
