The service was great, speedy delivery, item received in perfect physical condition. The only issue, it's a big one, is the quality of the product. The charger began making noise within the first 24H, the sound of bad contact within the charger and causes a loud hissing noise that only gets worse as it heats up. The other issue is that I do not know the effect it may have on the instrument. Thanks
