Easy set up- plug in and go. no wifi- no problem! this has been a game changer for our family. we swapped from owlet because of the annoying app, the limited range and you can only get feedback from the monitor if you are on their app so if you swap to Spotify- no monitor.We use this everyday and its a life saver. we now have established nap schedules and sleep through the night. baby is doing way better than the owlet that she would kick off and the lullaby would go off in the middle of the night. talk about parent ptsd melody. Also had a power outage with no wifi while the baby was sick and the alarm never went off when she had a low temperature which resulted in an emergency hospital visit.When it comes to monitors you need something that is reliable- this is that monitor!

Purchased this camera as a twin set. One of the cameras didn’t connect upon receipt. I used the email support to contact the company because they don’t have a phone number and explained my issue. They respond and we came to an agreement that it was faulty and would need to be replaced. This email back and forth took about a week. A week later they emailed saying my camera was out of stock and offered a different one. This was agreed upon. Two weeks later I followed up and they emailed saying it was out of stock. This has been going on for a month. Emails take days to be responded too no phone number to talk to. It’s a terrible company and would never recommend. Look to vtech instead. I called them and spoke to someone within minutes.

This camera works fine, but it has a strange glitch. Last night I was woken up by blood curdling screams from my two-year-old and the creepiest horror movie music blaring over the monitor. I had no idea what was going on but needless to say I was pretty freaked out because I didn't know where the music was coming from and it stopped when I got to my daughter's room. I finally got my daughter calmed down and we were then both startled by loud static sounds from the camera. It turns out that the lullaby feature has a glitch and can randomly turn on for a bit. Unplugging the camera and plugging it back in fixed it, but I will now be shopping for a new camera. That's a night of sleep I'll never get back.

I've bought this twice and BOTH broke at exactly one year of use. I assumed it was user error with the first one. Maybe I had dropped it, maybe the baby smashed it on something. NOPE. This product is junk.The battery life is very short, 2 hours max when unplugged. It makes an extremely loud beep sound when it loses picture, which is often. It will randomly toggle between cameras, leaving you to check in the middle of the night who the sound is one. Would not recommend.JUNK.

The handheld started making a humming noise a couple weeks after delivery. I contacted the seller immediately for a replacement and all they could offer me was a 20% discount which is unacceptable for a damaged product. The issue is still not resolved and they have stopped responding to my messages. Buyers beware!

Amazon is amazing they are not the problem.Hubble connect is the WORST for customer service (they don't even have a phone number for you to call so they don't have to face you)I've been fighting with them for almost TWO YEARSyou can't even leave a review on their page. ...I wander whyWe have 2 of their products and we need3d warranty for both because they don't last and then when you go to use the warranty they come up with excuse after excuseSo so disgustingThis is an essential to parents. I only use it for when my baby is taking naps & so far for what you’re paying it’s not that bad! The picture & sound quality is good, I give it a 7 out of 10.But overall, I recommend this product

Our monitor power cord failed. Luckily the cord from our previous Motorola monitor worked so we didn’t need to get another asap but would of been horrible otherwise.

The cameras are easy to use and easy to setup. Even using the monitor is easy to use with split screen and single screen use. Wish the full screens though were able to fit in the split screen. It does cut the screen view down when going to split screen. The no wifi is a draw back vs our other one that im able to access from my phone but still better when im outside and need to monitor the kids.

This item was delivered December 27th. I set it up and the picture is great. HOWEVER, the audio is terrible. It is glitchy and there is more than 10 second delay. When the audio finally comes through it’s glitchy. When my husband went in the room to get my son, I was watching the monitor and there was no sound. They were out of the room before any sound came to the monitor and I couldn’t understand a word that was said from my husband to my son.I tried to return this item as it was $340 and it won’t allow this return on Amazon because it contains batteries.I’ve contacted the manufacturer, and they’ve submitted a claim BUT the monitor is out of stock so they can’t send me a new one until it comes available and they didn’t say when they expect it to be available. So I’m out $340 and no monitor. I might eventually get it, and MAYBE it will work, but nothing in the meantime.

This is the 3rd baby monitor I’ve tried and this is the one i’m keeping. Set up was very easy, and it’s never lost connection. Night mode works great, all the other features are good and easy to use. I do wish the sound machine noise options were better, a lot of them are nature sounds, but my baby prefers “white noise” sounds and “shushing”, so i still use a separate sounds machine.The battery life is great. My only complaints are that the video quality is lacking a bit, but I can still see if baby has their soother, which is basically all i need to know. And it is quite zoomed in compared to other monitors I’ve used, I’d like it better if it had a wider angle. But overall it works great, is and trustworthy so I’d recommend it to anyone.

Super simple set up. Nice to have split screen for two separate rooms, however while in split mode you are only able to hear sounds from 1 room. It does have to option to rotate between rooms every 10 seconds or so which would give you the ability to hear crying from both rooms but make sure you leave the monitor plugged in because you won't get more than 6hrs before it dies off.
