I wanted this to work as designed but there's a reason it's so inexpensive. The snaps are CHEAP. If this is going on a 2" duty belt they will absolutely not stay snapped. You can contort your body to snap them and as soon as you move they'll just pop right open. On a backpack maybe it's a great design but if you plan on wearing it look elsewhere.Definitely returning.

I thought it was a magnetic case cause there were no snaps anywhere other than the back. But nope its completely used by snaps however the front snap to hold the radio didn't have a snap connected to the connector, until I had to force the 2 snap pieces apart. It doesn't hold the radio because of this problem.

Easy to apply to my vest and priced right. Pretty good quality. Holds my radio securely even without snap. Snap seems to be working well for now.
