The screws to secure it were way too long so it couldn't tighten onto the monitor enough so it kept disconnecting.

I bought this cable to connect an old DVI-D monitor to my 7900XTX for multitasking. The cable I got was working, but one of the connectors has a broken wire and causes signal issues with the display if the desk or screen is moved around at all. I do not recommend this cable, find a better one.

I would recommend to a friend. Only 1.8M/5.9 feet, a longer option would have been nice. I didn't care for the courier (UPS) leaving the package on my doorstep without warning. That said the product was new and arrived without damage.

When purchasing DisplayPort cables you have to be careful that you have the correct signal direction as well as the correct connector for the “target.” I was needing a DisplayPort to DVI-D cable. Many of the sellers documented the cable as what I wanted but the picture of the DVI-D was incorrect: many show it as a DVI-I connector. These guys went the extra mile and included the signal direction as well as the actual pins on this cable. This gave me the confidence that I would get the desired cable. Well Done!
