This is a cheap rubbery plastic compass. The needle doesn't move, it's purely a decoration and not a very good one. Worth $5 at most.

I ordered this item as a birthday present for my nephew. The delivery service delivered it to the wrong address … battled with the delivery service’s automated person to no avail.Contacted the seller and explained what happened. They responded to me within 24 hours and within a couple days, my replacement arrived.The item itself is very cool and my nephew loved it!!

Cap't Jack Sparrow's compass is a cool replica, but it is plastic and built rather cheaply, especially the latch. Still, it is a great accessory for any pirate following their heart's desire!
