I found this very easy to put up on the wall and it works exactly as expected. Actually this one gets a little warmer then the one I had before so thats a good thing. I like it.

This towel heater looks nice out of the box. But the rungs were not welded level to the side bars. When you level the side bars vertical the rungs are all sloped. When you try to level it to the rungs then the side bars are not level. It’s poorly built and the instal method is not helpful. A bit of an added Pain to install based on no templates. Mine went to the garbage instead of installing. Wouldn’t refund as it was too long after I bought it to return. I was building a new house and was delayed getting to try to install this. Sucks being out over $400

It will dry the towels, and I really need that in this humid climate.Unfortunately, for the price this has too many poor qualities.Firstly, it arrived in a cardboard box so flimsy, there was almost nothing left of it. I picked it up at the post office and I could just see the rack with pieces of cardboard hanging on it. The corners of the “box” were gone The cardboard was like paper, so the item arrived with scratches and damage on the corners.The mounting hardware is terrible. The mounting screws are not long enough to get through sheet rock to a stud so the screws are ripping out of the wall before you can finish putting them in.This Does not have a hardened black coating like enamel or anything that will last. It is thin black paint that scrapes off very easily.For this price I expect something of better quality.Fortunately, the assembly is sort of obvious and the instructions work well from using the pictures. Good thing, because whoever wrote the English instructions clearly does not speak English.I expect better quality for this price so here’s another one going back to China.

We needed a second towel warmer but the one we bought before ( an awesome piece of equipment) was sold out, so we went with this one.It looked good and is a good size (holds several large towels) so we pulled the trigger. It arrived in good shape and appears sturdy but that`s were the Positives end. Installing this thing is a royal pain. Zero installation instructions about were to drill. You have to measure the crap out of this thing to make sure, the heater sits straight, leveled and correctly distanced from whatever it is next to. A simple sheet of paper with a drill pattern would have saved me an hour but no, guess that`s just to expensive. But that`s not the worst part of it. This thing gets barely lukewarm. The one we bought before gets so hot, you can`t touch it (guess that`s why it`s sold out) but this thing is just a waste of space and money. Do yourself a favor, save the money and find a better one.

Although this towel rack works great once install, I have to admit that a LOT of measuring had to be done because no pattern diagram was included. This would’ve cut the installation time in half and would’ve made it so much easier, especially when you have to drill pilot holes in a marble wall…. just sayin’.

We ordered the larger size so that two people could use this towel warmer. It takes simple towel management and folding the towel in half for two people to enjoy. I love that it has an on/off switch on the front and also a 2H and 4H setting where you can visible see that it is on/off. We’ve only had it for a week, but I do love it. It reminds me of a European luxury hotel. We purchased the brushed nickel.
