My son enjoys playing his drum set. It's a perfect size for him & he just turned 3. The sound is okay for him as a beginner.

I’ve been meaning to review this buy, I don’t usually do this but in this case I feel I have to. This drum set is very tiny, smaller than it looks on pictures. Super flimsy and cheap, broke the first day my toddlers had it (definitely not toddler material). Yes might work for an older kid that won’t trip on it or hit it too hard, but it’s waaaay too little for older kids. So at the end of the day it’s a waste of money in my opinion. Also we have wood floors and neither the seat nor the drum set stay in one place it just slips all through the living room making it harder for kids to even play them. Would not recommend at all!!*Picture shows size of drums compared to a cup*

This drum set is big enough for Alvin and the chipmunks to play on. Not remotely big enough for even a 1 year old. Water bottle for size reference. Absolutely disappointed.

This is a great way for a child to learn drums. It's basically a smaller version of the real thing. If you don't mind the noise, I would say, go for it and your kid will be SO happy.This would also make a great gift to a child whose parents you can't stand. It would be funny. My parents wouldn't let me pursue drums growing up. They diverted me to literally every other instrument....This isn't an electric drumpad where you can hide the sound....But this would give your kid a head start if he or she really wanted to pursue drumming. The sound is great (for drums!).

Do NOT order this and think that any child will be able to use it. It is so small and definitely NOT for 3-5 year olds. This set is more for a GI Joe and very cheaply made.

I got the toy drum set for my toddler, and it's been a hit with him. He loves making music, and it's the perfect size for little hands. The quality is good and has some major sound, but well worth the money.

I bought these for my 2 year old. He loves them. You should know they are not a musical instrument. For the price, it's a great way to introduce your child to the absolute basics of drumming. They are not too loud in relation to an actual set of drums. He will probably destroy them eventually, but if he likes them that much we know we can invest in a drum set when the time comes.
