I've used tape like this given by my physical therapist and from the brand TapeGeeks before. I never had issue with the adhesive.However this tape gives me a rash if i leave it on more than a couple hours (not nearly enough to really help) and what's worse, it RIPPED OFF some of my skin when removed!The adhesive stays on the skin after the tape has been removed and it's difficult to wash off.I do not recommend this tape to anyone with sensitive skin or needing to tape thinner skin on the body.

I use this to tape my foot for support while recovering from plantar fasciitis. It's easy to use, stays on well, and I've had no issues with removing it. I will buy it again if needed.

This is a great tape I use for planters fasciitis. I bike and walk daily and it stays put for 3 days at least. Make sure your hands and feet are clean and not greasy when applying, that is no creams.

It is actually is pretty awesome. I've been using it for a while now, and it's been super reliable. First off, it's waterproof and breathable, which is great for workouts or even just daily wear. As for performance, it's been solid. Provides good knee support, where I need it. Helps ease up on the pain from workouts too. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty decent buy!

Much more economical and thinner than the original tape. Very comfortable, blends well with light skin and stays on well. You need good scissors to cut it.

Fyi I'm using it for binding my chest, it works great, doesn't peel off, definitely the best KT tape over tried, haven't taken it off yeth though

I never use kinesio tape before, until tennis elbow, I watched a few video on YT how to apply the tape specifically for elbow.The tape is precut at every 25cm, very good adhesion and flex, I wear it for 3 days without discomfort, even take shower and tape still hold.I was kind of surprise how taping can alleviate pain by lifting your skin.I buy this product because there are 3 rolls, so far I must say I am quite happy with the product.
