The glue does not stick it peels not even 1 day later . It is hard to find a product in the line that the glue sticks , anymore & when you are paying for a expensive product you want it to work kt used to be an excellent product but since they changed the adhesive it isn't worth the money . Which is sad because it was amazing a week or more now not even a day .

I use this tape to cover a couple small tattoos that I am having removed since they shouldn’t be exposed to sunlight. Sometimes I double layer the tape. It’s easy to cut into smaller pieces. I would also like to use the tape for muscle relief but I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it yet. The tape is stretchy and stays on pretty well, even after showering.

I have torn tendons in my shoulders and this tape really provides relief while I exercise.

if you need to use kinesiology tape, this is the one you want.— others either don’t stick well, leave glue residue on your skin (i’ve had glue on my arm from another tape for the past 2 weeks) or even give you a rash.
