I got this for my knee pain. It is perfect. It’s precut, adheres easily and is easy to take off. I took a shower with it on and it did not come off until I took it off myself. I would definitely recommend this product

This is a great alternative to KT Tape branded KT Tape. It is not as stretchy as true KT Tape branded tape, but the adhesion is much better. I have used the KT Tape Pro tape and have had it start to come off after one or two showers. This tape I have been able to sleep with and shower with and after 4 showers still had to pull it off to replace. It doesn’t come off as clean as it does leave some glue residue, but that cleans off with a little scrubbing or naturally after a couple days. For the price, highly recommend.

Bought some of the more expensive brand name to compare this too. I like this much better. The brand has better aesthetics but this stuff holds better, feels better on and lasts longer. I’m very happy. You can tell when this stuff is stretched to 100% the brand name not so much. The brand name is a little stronger I think regarding stretch and support but more difficult to put on correctly.I’m a big fan of this product!

The tape works well for my daughter who trains in gymnastics. She has an ankle sprain and the kinesiology tape provides good support allowing her ankle to heal. She is still using it to prevent sprains. Good value for money.

I use this for adding custom protection to my sensor for diabetes. I have a template, mark up the backing (it conveniently has a grid) and cut to suit. I'd like for it to have just a little more adhesive (that's just me wanting to keep it on for 10 days) but it certainly does the trick. So worth the money and it has amazing elasticity. I've been able to have it last about 7 days without peeling....without directly blasting with water, it can last the 10 days for a glucose monitor. Tip: if you cut it, use sharp scissors, dont cut square edges (keep nice and round) and shave any hair at the application site. Will purchase again.
