Tips:
If you have an allergic reaction, early removal,or when the tape is difficult to remove,apply baby oil or olive oil to the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes,then slowly remove.

this stuff is "OK" but not nearly as good as the grand KT tape. It's less stretchy and doesn't have as much tension in the stretch.

I was apprehensive about buying any off brand KTape. I’m so impressed! Especially compared to other ones available. I injured my knee. As a hairstylist, I am on my feet all day. It gives support and stretch! Stays on a week even with regular showers and sweat. Dries quickly. It’s been a life changer. I have instant relief and can walk up and down stairs no problem now.Also, it does not leave unwanted residue after removing. I find if I hold my skin above application and remove pulling down there is no pull or tearing. Honestly, I don’t leave many reviews, but I recommend this productI even used it on my shoulders and lower back where I have constant pain. Amazing! Have a couple of my coworkers using it now.

I think it’s a very good tape I like the variety of options just wish you could choose your own colour it is very sticky but in my case it doesn’t last very long I decided to try it when going on a run to imagine it in a game I play football so I run for around 1 hour strait it held up for about 30 minutes and then it got less and less sticky I although think the product is very easy to use if only it was easier to get a piece off but I do understand that it is not their fault I think overall it’s a good bang for you buck but could have some tweaks to make it amazing

I don’t think it’s that good, I used it on my son’s back he has 7 herniated disc and he works at a pizza place. It did stick real good which surprised me because he has a hairy back. There was no skin irration.

I got this brand since there was a good deal on Amazon day as a special but I like the colors for a cool design mixture you can make, I think other people have bad reviews because they aren’t sure how to use the tape and or what it does for the joints and muscles. If you guys have trouble taking it off do it in the shower it easier when you get it wet, also if your skin gets irritated make sure you don’t use it after you workout or sweaty it could be covering pores I suggest use on clean dry skin.
