They are not much improved on the PRO version of KT tapes. The sticking power is probably a little better, but having used both, I will stick to the PRO tape which is cheaper. The Extreme beige version is more discreet however.

Je prends tout le temps cette marque pour faire mon tapingVu que le modèle original ne tient pas à la longue j’ai décidé d’essayer le modèle pro extrême qui promet une tenue longue mais aussi sous l’eauEt ben c’est une arnaque juste on paye plus chèrePremière douche les bandes sont parties….Bref décevant et de l’argent à la poubelle comme d’habitude !

This is a terrible product - the adhesion is very poor. I’ve found that the PRO tape will stick for days, but the EXTREME tape can’t last a 5km run. Save the extra couple of dollars and buy the PRO tape. Don’t even think about taking this near a pool or the ocean as the packaging suggests…just stop…

Having tried many different brands, this by far is the best one and stayed on for a hot sweaty half marathon on my knees. Not cheap but worth every penny. Pain was minimal as very supportive when you follow the instructions leaflet provided.

I bought this tape to use as boob tape to hold up my boobs and it worked great for the wedding I was at. It loses its stick each time you try to reapply or if part of the tape gets stuck to itself, but that’s how most tape works. I’d say it gives you about 1-2 reattempts to apply then it loses its adhesion. I have to believe that people who are saying that there’s no adhesion applied this wrong and kept trying to use a dead piece of tape. Just clean the area and peel off the backing as you’re applying and you’ll be good to go for hours.

Great tape for support! However, I should have just bought a third party brand to save money. I bought this one thinking it would stay on for more days and therefore save me money in the long run. Not the case. Came off after first shower. It’s still a great tape though.

Using KT tape for a medial collateral ligament sprain of knee joint. Noticed good recovery within 3-4 days of using tape compared to previous 4 weeks of using just a knee support brace.Tapes stayed on for 4 days+ even with daily showers. Would definitely recommend this product.
