This product is absolutely useless. If you want a scalp protector for hair systems then use walker sport scalp protector. It actually creates a barrier. This stuff is maybe a percentage point better than using just alcohol and in some cases may make irritation worse.

I bought this Protector specifically because I was experiencing forehead irritation after using tapes for over two weeks, and I hoped it would be gentler on my skin.At first, the Protector still caused some irritation, but I thought maybe my skin just needed time to adjust. After taking a break and letting my skin recover, I tried it again for two days. However, I soon noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the irritated area on my forehead. When I removed the tape, the irritation was actually VERY worse.Unfortunately, returns aren’t accepted for this product, but I’m willing to send it to anyone who’d like to try it out—you’d just need to cover the shipping cost. I have one unopened and the 2 TIMES used one, which I’ve only applied twice.
