It is pretty cheaply made in terms of materials but that's expected for the price and venue, typically an RV.It was staight forward and easy to install. I do hear a bit of a whistle sound in the shower but it's tolerable. Decent water pressure, no leaks, nice water adjustment.Packaging and parts were good and all there.

This was an exact replacement for my 20 year old RV. The 1/4 turn handles are an improvment over the old rotating knobs. The brushed nickle plating looks nce for a cheap plastic RV valve.I hate the water use restrictions all things like this are required to have. This one can be easily modified to allow you an unrestricted flow at the shower head. There’s a white plastic disc right where the hose attaches, that’s the restrictor. You could remove it entirerly, but I’ve found drilling the small holes out slightly larger always yields the best results of giving you good pressure and water volume at the shower head.I only have 3 complaints but I can live with them, they wouldn’t of prevented me from buying this one, though I wish I could have found a better quality, more expensive direct replacement, as far as I can tell none exist. The RV parts selections are generic with limited options.1) The hose is too stiff, it would have been better if it was a little more flexable, and 3-4 inches longer. This would have set this model apart amongst all the others that are all otherwise exactly the same.2) I like the 1/4 turn valves, however, the combination of the standard length hose and too stiff of a hose coming out from under the faucet makes it too easy to bump the valve handle with the hose while using it and inadvertantly turning the cold or hot (which ever side you’re pulling the hose up on) off, thus instantly leaving you under full cold or full hot water.3) There should be some type of swivel on the ends of the hose, both ends of the hose would be great, but at least allow it to swivel at the handle of the shower head part. This would be another great selling feature that would set this apart from all the other otherwise exact same options out there.

Swapped out our old corroded stuff and now we got some serious flow and the shut off without a drip! I love the castings, plastic but when you install them they are very nice. Be careful with them when mounting but once in, tough as nails.

Serious improvement and upgrade from the 20+ year old taps in our trailer. Fit well. Although could not use the plate for the bathroom sink as piping was too short which caused a leak. Adjusted by removing the plate and seems to have fixed the issue. Have yet to road travel with the new taps installed. The taps are not metal, but quality is decent for price and we’ll see how they hold up. So far very pleased and shipping was quick!

Not real high quality but i bought for a trailer. Look good. Installation was a little tough but only because of the trailer, nothing to do with the item
