I do like the saber itself as far as it sounds and functions, my issue is the handle has very sharp machining with no edge polish so when I spin the handle it's literally like I'm spinning a cheese grater in my hand. The particles you see in the picture in the rivet is from my hand.But also I have contacted Sabneo 3 times now with zero response to my questions, I didn't even ask for anything I just wanted to know if you sold a handle cover or had suggesting and no response at all.

Il est magnifique, le son est excellent, différents couleurs pour chaque personnage. J'en ai commandé un autre avec adapteur pour faire le sabre de Dhart Saul. Je le recommande très bon produit.

Absolutely terrible. It wouldn’t turn on at all even after letting it charge for 4 hours. There’s also supposed to be a little blue light to let you know it’s charging, but that also doesn’t work. There was no Allen key or screws and no charging cord either.. $150 for a saber that doesn’t even turn on seems unacceptable. I saw the reviews were not great but against my better judgement I decided to buy it anyways.. bad idea. Just completely avoid this company.

(UPDATE): Their website and the Amazon page is a bit misleading so im here to make things clear: this lightsaber is the 1.0 2022 version. The new 2.0 2023 version, for now, can only be bought from their canadian website sabeno.I tried it for a bit (currently charging) and its great. The manual was a bit confusing because some information was wrong so i watched the YouTube tutorial video about it and its clear to me now. Its fully metalic with a very very nice to look at polished shine. The effects are cool. Only thing that I'd wish for is for the speaker to be louder.

Absolutely amazing product, though mine arrived with a bit of a defective speaker it still works pretty awesomely. After reaching out to Sabneo through email they even offered to send me a new neo pixel sound block which is absolutely amazing seeing as most of the time the actual company of the product won't help with anything sold off of Amazon. SabNeo however will as they care about customer satisfaction!

I came across a video on youtube for LGT sabers by a company called Imperial workshop and was FLOORED at the features and price. To my dismay I quickly discovered they do not ship internationally to Canada and so the hunt for a decently priced neo pixel lightsaber began. Most of what I found would have killed me in import fees and conversion to canadian dollars and then I came across Sabneo sabers on Amazon.ca. This too is an LGT saber and has a boat load of features I was looking for and none of the markups that come with importing them. I am supremely satisfied so far and would recommend this to anyone living in Canada not able to get something from Imperial workshop or any of the other LGT sites at a reasonable cost.The ONLY thing I have a problem with is deactivating it always shuffles the 3 deactivation animations. As far as I know you can just swap out the cores for new updated cores as well which I may do in the future to fix the deactivation issue. I've read that if you get a version 2.0 it does in fact fix that issue.Other than that this is a well deserved solid 8/10 for me with a bad ass seal of approval. .... now if only Imperial workshop would get their crap together and ship internationally through amazon, I just may throw $200 their way too. ;)
