Inicialmente el producto parecia que funcionaba bien, pero durante este mes de agosto, comenzó a dar picos altos de frecuencia al inicio de las actividades e iba perdiendo conexión a lo largo de estas con el garmin fenix 5 plus. a finales de agosto durante una actividad de ciclismo pierde totalmente la conexión y deja de conectarse. total que tras 8 meses de uso continuo, la banda deja de funcionar. mal.17.09.2022tras recibir mensaje del proveedor, he de decir que en menos de 5 días me han enviado uno nuevo. subo dos estrellas a ver como funciona este nuevo que me ha enviado. Lo unico que tendré que alternarlo con el polar que compré, con lo que entiendo durará mas meses.Ya contaré en unos días la impresión

New update, so it’s been close to a year now and first issue with the strap, that got resolved great service. Now the battery died and that’s perfectly fine replaced it and it didn’t work so I figured it might be the battery for the pack came with three, so I tried all 3 did not work. Comes on for a second. I can even pair it with my phone and then it dies. So I thought might be a bad batch of batteries, I went and bought more nope it just stopped working the new batteries did the same thing. That being said, who knows maybe the original battery is even still good. Seemed the device just came out. So I say a defective strap and a defective device or is this from a four-star to a one star. In the words of the great Johnathan Torrance. I think this heart rate monitor is fit for the pit. 💥They sent a new strap and the issue has been resolved and I have taken them from a 2⭐️ to a 4 ⭐️. Great customer service 👍.Original review:Works well but unfortunately where the metal claps is, it cuts into the skin.I was not paid for this statement

La sangle est confortable, tient bien, et est précise… mais il n'existe aucune application propre à la marque et toutes les applications "conseillées" sont payantes !Je n'ai pas encore réussi à faire reconnaitre la sangle à la moindre machine fitness, mais c'est possiblement moi qui ne trouve pas et pas la sangle qui ne serait pas reconnue.EDIT : j'ai été contacté par la SAV qui m'a guidé pour trouver une app correspondant à mes besoins ;)
