We tried the LxTek Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for our HP printer, and we are impressed! The toner cartridges were inexpensive which is what interested me since HP toner is sooo expensive. However, apparently one gets what one pays for. The package had two cartridges and the first one worked "okay". However, the second cartridge leave a nasty streak down the page. I cleaned the printer and there are no visible defects on the cartridge. Not sure what can be done to correct this situation since it has been a while since I ordered them, so no return is possible.UPDATE: I ordered and received an OEM HP cartridge (found a place less expensive than Amazon) and ended up with the same problem! On closer inspection I discovered a small blemish in the fuser. After replacing it I had no more streaking down the middle of the page! I gave these cartridges two more stars, however they don’t print as well as the HP cartridge. But, for every day printing they are okay.

I originally wrote that I was having trouble with it printing heavy black lines and that I had never had this problem before but it worked great for normal printing.I have recently discovered that the problem was not the toner cartridge but the print settings for the type of paper I was using on the projects that involved heavy black lines so I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 as with the change in settings it now prints perfectly.
