This is an awesome dog bed and a great size for the price. While being very soft and comfortable for the pups, it is also rigid along the sides and doesn't flop over compared to similar products. I really like how this went together and the entire bed cover comes off and can easily be washed. Doing so will take a little effort as this is assembled with a couple different parts to get the rigidness to maintain it's shape, so be prepared for that but it is very manageable. The zippers are very strong and feel quality made. It's a very stylish look a fits the in the color theme of the our living room The pups seem to really enjoy this - they use it daily. I am very happy with this and can't say enough about it. Very cost effective in comparison to pet shop brands. 100% satisfied and recommended.

Excellent dog bed with raised edges for extra comfort and support for all pups. This dog bed is soft, uses a memory foam material for an orthopedic comfort that supports the animals joints and weight. I like that the cover for the dog bed is removable for machine washing and easy to fit back on. The material of the bed covering is fluffy and soft making it great for insulating warmth when resting. The base of the dog bed has non-slip material to prevent falling or slipping for the pup. The interior of the cover uses a waterproof material and while that helps to prevent and minimize damage to the memory foam under, it's not fool proof to all leaks or damages by a dog. I like that this bed is suitable for small to medium sized dogs, it has ample space and the side cushions make for great head support.

The design was quite basic and putting things together was no problem. The only thing was that the foam tubes surrounding were longer than they need to be, so you either squash them a bit or place two tubes next to each other on the end they meet.Our dog, an aging golden retriever, is not very fond of dog beds, but after we replaced the one he sleeps in (next to our bed) with this one, he immediately got used to it. He seems to fit well and the thing we liked most is that he could put his head on the foam tubes on the side; we think that makes it more comfortable for him.At its current state, the foam at the bottom can hold its shape, so the whole thing can keep its shape without curling or bending when you lift it, but I don't know if this will last.Overall, it has provided a good experience for us and we can recommend it. The "orthopedic" claim at the title must be a joke though because this does not have any special or specific design to be orthopedic. The price at $80 CAD (down from $90 and before a 30% coupon) sounds somewhat high, but it becomes more acceptable after the coupon is applied.

My 15 year old smaller husky loves this bed.❤️- The price is fantastic for what you get.- Took a little longer to assemble than anticipated as the "tubes" are longer than the casing and I needed to backtrack and stuff it in while trying eying to simultaneously zip it closed.- The walls are low enough so it is not an obstacle for your pup but tall enough that they can still snuggle in.- The bottom pad is thicker/firmer than mostother orthopedic beds have used (this is the 8th one) but it is still quite comfortable even on hardwood flooring.- Not the easiest to take a part for cleaning but definitely not the worst.- Pretty much ready to use right out of the box.- The fabric is a short fuzz that still looks and feels nice after 2 months of daily use and a couple spot cleanings- She slips out of the large gap often. Luckily the bed is not that tall so she does not get hurt just startled.- Our cat also loves sprawling in it. Great for maybe 3 cats or one mediym/large dog. My puppers instantly jumped to it even when I said no. Appearance wise it's beautiful, fluffy. The quality is okay seems a little cheap. I got an XL for my Australian Shepherd. The egg mattress was really hard to get in there, but everything else was easy. Gonna be an easy wash. Not gonna recommend if you're gonna have a smelly dog or your dog has fleas.

I'm not sure that "orthopedic" has any part in this dog bed. It's just foam and fur. Nothing that hasn't been used for dog beds for decades.There is a packing issue and design flaw which affects assembly. First, the bottom foam comes folded and vacuum packed. When you open this and it swells, it ends up with a mountain like peak where the fold was. Though this is reduced thru continued use, it hasn't gone away completely after a couple weeks. Secondly, the side foam comes in two cloth tubes that you fit within an outer section of the cover and zip up. They are shaped with two corners on each side, so when pieced together it forms a rectangle. But, the rear end of these pieces are too long, so they overlap. This makes it difficult to zip up the back. The too tiny instruction diagram shows this overlap, but offers no solution. The vendor's customer service was not of much help with this either, unfortunately. To resolve this requires carefully squeezing the foam contained within each tube towards the front. Alternatively, you could cut one end open and remove some foam, but we were successful with the first method, so didn't have to do this. My guess is they make, or plan to make, a different width bed and use the same pieces for both.Once you get past the troublesome assembly... the rest of the review is decided by Molly, our aging Yellow Lab... pace, pace, wander, sigh, drool a bit, lay next to it, probably smelt it... a couple circles around to ready the flop down, and finally... there she is lounging away. A little later, she's back to her old bed. Another while later, she's back to this. Each time, choosing a new lounging position. She's old enough that we likely won't take her old bed away, and she likes to curl up like a donut in that one, so whatever makes her happy works for us.The fur cover is nice and soft... but it's not like we have a sandpaper bed to find out if Molly prefers it.
