Orded a large pair 2 weeks ago came are a medium like them fit good ,,, orded 3 more pair medium came today all 3 are a large,,, needto get your act together.

I thought these insoles would hurt my feet from some of these reviews I've read but I was actually suprised how comfortable I found them and as someone who walks alot I had walked 1 hour the first time wearing these insoles and didnt even bother my feet. I like these and purchased a second pair for in my slippers.

Love these things way more than I originally expected to. They're quite comfortable and provide a good deal of support to my feet. Originally I could only wear it for 10-15 minutes at a time, but after a few days I'm wearing it for several hours at a time and enjoying it greatly. I did have to trim mine to fit (size 8) and it's actually wider than most of my other insoles so there's room to trim to a proper fit. Overall an excellent product and I actually bought one for a friend as well after being impressed with my own set.

You never know what you get with insoles until you actually try walking with them. So I tested these as soon as I got them, and they are excellent! I didn't know what to expect from the magnetic acupressure effect of the insoles, and wow, these things are practically magic.I tested them inside sneakers, which already have some support, and then in boots that are completely flat. The insoles were super comfortable in both of them. My feet have been aching seemingly my whole life, and with these insoles for the first time I was able to forget about my feet. They are soft, but supportive at the same time, and the size is perfect. The arch support itself is excellent. And whatever those magnets are doing to my feet, my feet seem to like a lot.It remains to be seen how long-lasting they will be, but so far, I really like them.

I have not cut them to fit my shoes yet as I only received the insoles today.I did read all the info about the insoles ..I understand reflexology which is why I purchased them. I am having problems with my feet due to a fatty liver caused my uncontrollable diarrhea brought on by an iron supplement recommended by a hemoparh...I have a wavwatch which is helping and if the insoles help in addiction it will be wonderful
