This insole fit my entire sole, even the insides which usually were left hanging. Now I can feel some support to it and it felt soft as well. Walking has become much more convenient all of a sudden.

J’ai acheté ces semelles intérieures en mousse à mémoire de forme pour donner un peu plus de soutien à mes pieds et soulager mes talons. Je suis vraiment satisfait de leur qualité et de leur efficacité.Points forts :1. Confort immédiat : Dès que j’ai glissé ces semelles dans mes chaussures, j’ai ressenti un amorti agréable sous la plante du pied et au niveau du talon.2. Bonne absorption des chocs : La mousse à mémoire de forme réduit la pression quand je marche ou cours, ce qui a nettement diminué la fatigue de mes pieds.3. Ajustement facile : Elles sont simples à découper ou à adapter, si nécessaire, pour convenir parfaitement à la taille de mes chaussures.4. Hauteur de talon modulable : J’apprécie particulièrement la légère élévation au niveau du talon, qui améliore mon confort au quotidien et donne un petit boost de hauteur.5. Respirantes : Même après plusieurs heures, je n’ai pas cette sensation d’humidité ou d’échauffement que peuvent causer d’autres semelles.

If you need a little bit of extra height, and want your foot to fit inside the shoe unlike others this one is soft and will allow you to fit your foot inside the shoe comfortably in the 2.5. The 3.5 is a bit harder.

It's really painful and hurts my feet all over. It's not breathable and provides no pain relief. It's not worth the slight height increase, as there are better options. Not recommended at all.

I purchased these insoles for my motorcycle riding boots. My motorcycle sits quite high and I couldn't quite flat foot both feet at the same time. They are comfortable due to the foam and are breathable. They fit nicely inside of my boots and don't move around. Due to the hieight increase these give, I can now comfortably flat foot while on my bike. I highly recommend these insoles.
