I have a fracture in my lower back and one in my neck due to osteoporosis. It’s very painful to drive. This does help my back when I drive. I haven’t put the neck one in yet. I will do that on Friday when I drive again. Not sure that will help. My neck doesn’t go back that far. Will see Friday.

I'm using it on my office chair. Comfort, support, design... everything's very very good but it does not hold as tight as I would like. It does not stay in place if you're moving a bit. Probably a bit more stable when using it in the car.

I old car had lumbar support in it so I always used it , got a fantastic deal on a new car, it did not have lumbar support, never new I need the support so bad but I dud , so I bought a few they were all junk, this is the best one I have been lucky enough to buy, sits perfect in my car 2023 nissan sentra sv, great support, I also got the head rest but found it just a Waite of money
