Great Amp! Not a lot of Drive, but a good pedal will do it. Plexi like tones without being wired like a plexi. 20 watts is loud, but I’d go for the 50 watts instead. Turn that Master volume all the way up, and your gain. And get that old AC/DC tone :) Or put a Blues Driver 2 in the front and listen to it open up and bloom in a fire breathing Dragon!

had it for a few days over a month and it stopped producing sound after a few short sessions. Had to drive two hours to get it fixed under warranty. Great full for the warranty fix. But disappointed and honestly afraid to use it now.

After reading all the reviews of this amp, I came to the conclusion that it could be a little bit on the bright side and it doesn't distort as the Plexi look would have you think - BUT its a great pedal amp.Well let me tell you, those were an understatement. There is NOTHING Plexi like. It took me over an hour to find a half decent tone I enjoyed. And the gain structure is incredibly minimal - I hope you have an attenuator as you're only getting a smidge with everything cranked to 10. It does take pedals well as normal volumes will all be clean. The only Marshall like thing about this amp is the branding - if you expect to play this without any sort of gain you'll be very disappointed.

I love it but there was a few problems. First there was something rattling around inside the head. I had to pull it apart and found there was a nut and washer freely rattling around, it may not have caused a problem with the circuit boards but the nut and washer looks like it was to hold a ground wire on one of the transformers screws. The wire was one of those that has a washer hole that slips over the transformer screws so the ground wire with washer had not come off.The other issue are the four feet. They were to short as I wanted to put it on top of another head but handle on it was higher then the Marshall feet so I replaced them with bigger feet. The issue was that the feet on the Marshall were only held on by screws that are only in the cab just over 1/8 of an inch. If your gigging a fair amount there is a good chance you'll rip the feet out of the cab. Check and see your foot screws.Again, I love it
