Duncan is a great company; their other gear I have is well made and well thought out. This amp arrived defective; inside and outside packing was compromised; there was immediately a burning smell upon firing it up (which didn't go away); volume and tone was different in each channel, and jacks were loose.Sheesh. Returned immediately.
